I'm Karen, founder of First Star Enterprises. My path wasn't traditional—I spent years as a security manager before discovering my calling as a spiritual teacher. As a certified Tarot practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher, I guide students to build the one thing that changes everything: spiritual resilience.

For 25 years, I've been helping others find their strength—whether leading security teams, raising my children, or guiding spiritual seekers. My practice integrates Tarot, Reiki, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), life coaching, counselling, narrative therapy, and Tarot journey work.

I teach you to trust your intuition, harness divine support, and know—deep in your bones—that you're worthy of anything you set your heart on. This is where ancient wisdom meets everyday strength.  A lot of Karen's understanding has come from her healing journey; it’s given her a vista of what people need on a soul level.  She believes the best place to start is by building a strong foundation, and that comes from unpacking the things we sweep under the rug. We need to listen to the stories that are trapped within, work with them, and let them go.  Keeping the gems that were tarnished by these outdated threads, these are the foundational stones that help to support the rebuilding of our lives.

 Karen is aware of the trepidation people have when it comes to personal transformation, especially regarding the work that’s involved.  She feels that having faith in a higher authority than yourself (God, the Creator, or Universe) is key, but the trust needs to come from self-first; only then can you let go and trust the process.  You learn to appreciate, trust, and have faith in yourself, allowing your intuition and higher self to guide you towards your future self who is there waiting for you with open arms.

At its core, this was born from my deep desire to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and truly supported on their journey toward self-love and personal growth. I believe that when we begin to see life through a new lens and embrace ourselves with compassion, transformation becomes not just possible, but inevitable.

I founded First Star Enterprises to be a home for individuals committed to inner growth and positive change. Together, we create an environment where healing becomes a shared experience, where each person’s progress uplifts the whole, and where we learn from one another’s wisdom.
