Question: Do I need experience to take your courses?

Answer: Not at all! Our beginner courses in Tarot and Reiki are designed for complete newcomers. You'll receive patient, one-on-one guidance tailored to your pace. Whether you've never touched a Tarot deck or are curious about energy healing for the first time, you're welcome here.

Question: How do online courses work?

Answer: Courses are conducted via Zoom with weekly live sessions. You'll receive course manuals, homework assignments (about 1 hour per week), and personalized feedback. Because classes are one-on-one, we can adjust timing and content to fit your needs. Upon completion, you'll receive formal certification.

Question: What Tarot decks do you recommend for beginners?

Answer: I always recommend starting with the Rider Waite Smith deck—it's the foundation of modern Tarot and what we use in all courses. Once you're comfortable, you can explore other beautiful decks like the Light Seers Tarot, Celtic Fairies, or Wizards Tarot. All are available in our shop.

Question: Do you offer refunds?

Answer: For courses: full refund if you cancel within 24 hours of enrollment. After that, we can discuss options case-by-case.

For physical products: we accept returns within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. Please contact us before returning anything so we can assist you.

Question: How long does shipping take?

Answer: Most orders ship within 2-3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location—typically 5-10 business days within Australia. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships. International shipping is available; contact us for rates and timing.

Question: Can I book a private Reiki or QHHT session?

Answer: Yes! Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions and some Reiki attunements are offered in-person at my home-based healing space in Aspendale. Contact me directly to discuss availability, pricing, and what to expect during your session.
